The actual work out plan

So, I this year with a resolve, I was sick of weighing almost 200lbs. Sick of it! So, I did some research online, via google and found out, I'm eating too much. And exercising too little. (Daaaahhh...hey, it was news to me.) Then I started eating less, a lot less. And eating better. Now, I eat all day long. I'm not joking, I either have a drink, water, or unsweetened ice tea, or snacks in the car with me all the time. Only now, my snacks are those tiny peeled carrots, or a banana or apple. And sometimes I have small pieces of candy. Why Candy? Because I am a sugar-holic that's why. And I'm not perfect. In a perfect world, I'd give up sugar. But, one thing I've learned about me and diets - I can't go all out. I can only cut back. If I go all out, and cut out all sugar, soon I'll get discouraged.

Also, I'm walking 1 mile a day. I know you're saying, "1 lousy mile!? That's all?" But, my new resolve is 1 mile a day will add up. And the important thing is I do 1 mile EVERYDAY.

So, what about today when it's in the 20's outside. Well, today I went to the Gym and got on the treadmill for 15 minutes and 10 seconds and did my 1 mile. That's all. 15 minutes and ten seconds and I went home. If I forced myself to do longer than that, I'd quit. So, I'm just doing 1 mile a day. I only have to lose 1 pound a week, and keep it off to reach my goal. I think by eating a lot less and a lot healthier and walking 1 mile a day, in 15 minutes - it will happen. But, stay tuned, you'll see.
